Last night I finished Day 1 of my new fitness challenge (yay). It was a little harder than I thought, my legs were like jelly after but I guess that means it’s actually doing something.
This weekend will be interesting because I’m going on a road trip… But I will still figure out a way to get my exercise done each day. Today I could feel the slight ache in my legs which is always satisfying. Can’t wait to do more!
Whenever I start doing any kind of exercise I always feel like at some point I will have the strength to do things that a lazy person like myself shouldn’t be expected to do, and that I’ll just surprise random people by being like, “Oh yeah last weekend when I did a 5K run for blah.” Some day…. I’ll let you know!
