Since I had success doing my last fitness challenge, I want to do another one that I have found online for beginners. I look for easy challenges and things for beginners because they have a nice gradient approach to it and don’t consume a lot of time.
This one is a little different then the last but is also a 30 day challenge. I’ll include the challenge here if anyone is interested. I mostly just want to stay healthy and keep myself fit with this challenge not really losing weight or anything along those lines.
I will keep posting updates on my fitness journey for you guys here as well as to keep myself motivated and to keep my own integrity in (in regards to continuing with the challenge). Let me know if anyone has any tips or suggestions or if you want to participate in the challenge with me!!
