So far I have stayed motivated and I have been doing a 30 day challenge for my exercise goal to get myself to the fitness level I want. I have done through to day 3 of the challenge and well I know it’s doing something because I can feel every muscle in my torso complaining to me asking what the heck I’m doing 😂.
I found this challenge on Pinterest and it caught my attention as it has a nice gradient approach so that in the beginning it is easy and possible for someone like me who barely exercises and has a low stamina to do. It builds up nicely to the end goal of something that seems pretty intense and impossible for me right now.
So far I have been able to keep myself motivated with just the goal I brought up last time. I’ve managed to keep in my discipline on doing it each day so far because I told myself I would do another post and I didn’t want to write a post and tell you guys I wasn’t able to do what I said.
It only takes a few minutes to get done which it nice too. I can get it done in the morning or if I’m home in the afternoon, even after work and it doesn’t seem like a big deal. Today I had off for Labor Day and I spent the day with my husband in Central Park (even though it was a thousand degrees out) and we walked all over the city. I was tired by the time I got back home but I still got today’s exercise done!
I’m including here what the challenge is if anyone else wants to try it! This one mainly is just dealing with your core and abs. Thanks for the support and I’ll let you know in a couple days.
